Opera Mini for Myphone T23 WiFi Duo

Opera Mini is a good browser for every phone, because some phone browsers can't fully load a website. I remember my Nokia C3 can't load Blogger on it's default browser that's why I use opera mini every time I browse the net. I had a Myphone T23 WiFi Duo, but the pre-installed Opera Mini doesn't work and i try downloading it on the apps store and I can't install it.
